2023-2031 hOUSING eLEMENT UPDATE

M-Group was enlisted by the City of Menlo Park to manage the 6th Cycle Housing Element Update along with the Environmental Justice and Safety Elements. Considering the current bay area housing crisis, community engagement is a high priority for the City and a vigorous outreach effort is being made.

A primary goal for the engagement process is to provide multiple opportunities for members of the community to get involved in a manner that is comfortable and meaningful for all personality types, schedules, technological proficiencies, and cultures. M-Group provides a mix of meeting formats and activities to engage an inclusionary broad cross-section of the community—not only those that are routinely active in planning efforts.

Programs being deployed for Menlo Park include Project Galleries at both city libraries, multiple Pop-up tents at varied locations,  Community Workshops, Flyers & Posters, Focus Groups, Surveys, Individual Interviews, and Educational Seminars.
